You can report an issue and claim a refund of your balance if the profile you revealed:
- Is fraudulent, or
- Has wrong contact information, or
- Is a self-referral of someone who also applied for the specific job directly, or
- Is breaching our Terms & Conditions.
Upon you reporting an issue, we will start an investigation from our side. The referrer will not be paid until we conclude our investigation.
If the investigations confirms the issue you reported, referbility.com will refund your balance, otherwise, the referrer will be paid.
